The property is just minutes from dozens of world class wineries like William Seylem, Kosta Browne, Rochioli, Lynmar, Hartford and many others. It is also a great base for cyclists coming to Sonoma to enjoy the unparalleled cycling the region has to offer.
The home features an exceptional level of quality in both construction and finishes. A very large great room offers a wonderful space to congregate over coffee, cocktails and games. A separate media room adds a relaxing respite in the abundant living space. The outdoor kitchen and dining area adjacent to the great rooms features the same Mugiani wood fired pizza oven you would find in your favorite restaurant, a built-in BBQ, and refrigerator for drinks. There is a large outdoor fireplace perfect for keeping warm on cool nights next to the table for 8. A new hot tub and gazebo is in place offering the perfect way to enjoy the stars away from city lights while relaxing in the middle of vineyards. A large lawn in the backyard is a great place to relax and play games as you enjoy the incredible vineyard views in every direction. On cooler days and nights, you can congregate in the large gourmet kitchen which is well equipped for any chef or aspiring chef. The meals you prepare can be enjoyed in the large dining area. And, for those who are coming to the area for an extended stay while also wanting to get some work in, there’s a large private office to ensure maximum productivity.
Wine tasting begins just around the corner with Inman Family Winery and DeLoach just 1/2 mile away. Over 10 wineries within a mile of this amazing property, all within walking distance. The property is in the northwest portion of Santa Rosa just minutes from Sebastopol and it is a very quick jaunt up the back roads to Healdsburg and Windsor. The coast is only 30 minutes away and the heart of the Russian River resort area is less than 20 minutes. Cyclists and hikers find the property to be the perfect place to base themselves for long excursions to take in all the area has to offer athletes. With so much to do in the area you should try to stay for a full week.

Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the county and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this county is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
