The Sea Horse is an amazing place to enjoy your fantastic vacation on the coast and there is even a secluded beach below the house that is just a 2 minute hike or a 2 second drop (not recommended) away! This spectacular home features 4 large bedrooms with cal king sized beds and 4 full baths. Three of the 4 bedrooms have full baths and there are 3 other areas that can be used as overflow bed rooms for a total of 7 different sleeping areas. One of those areas is a beautiful movie theater/media room with a fire place and a 14' projection wall that feels like you are in an IMAX theater or you can opt for a 10' drop down projection screen, comfy theater seats and room for a queen sized AeroBed offer a bonus not often found in coastal vacation rentals. The living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper and the family room has a very large sectional sofa that can be formed into a large bed.
The bright open floor plan offers a wonderful great room with soaring beamed ceilings and 18' windows, a large living room, fully stocked chefs kitchen with island and the dining room has a table for 14 plus a counter that seats 4 more. The great room opens to a huge deck that commands the most spectacular views imaginable of waves crashing onto the California coast. A second family room below has another deck with unobstructed ocean views and a brand new hot tub just below that. The family room will soon be able to be curtained off to act as a 5th bedroom. All of the well appointed bathrooms feature contemporary maple cabinets and natural stone tile. Two of the master suites have huge showers and the main bathroom has a deep jetted tub.
Bring your electric car! We added a 240 volt outlet so now you can get a full charge for your electric car. Bring your own cord and adaptor. As you can see there are hundreds of 5 star rave reviews across many sites for this one of a kind property. We hope that yours will be the next 5 star stay.

All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; and various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. The hot tub is heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.
This is a amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
