We stayed at this home with 5 couples and had a wonderful time using the pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and grills! This is the perfect place for groups of friends or families who want to be close by to several wineries but also want an oasis to come back to for outdoor activities and relaxation time. Beds were comfy and the home was clean. Would definitely book again!

This house was excellent! It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 5 couples, with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The pickleball court and pool were the perfect amenities and made our stay even more enjoyable. We visited several local wineries and had such a wonderful time. We look forward to staying here again next year!

This house is a quiet neighborhood and has great amenities. Pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, game room, all bedrooms have bathrooms and it is close to several great towns to visit. We floated the Russian River, which is 20 minutes away. Outdoor dining was great for our group of 9.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome. Communication was excellent, and they were friendly, responsive, and wonderful to work with. The location was perfect. Peaceful and relaxing, yet close to wineries, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore in Sonoma County. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in wine country.

This place is the perfect Sonoma experience! Short drive into town for restaurants and wine tasting. The house has a pool, hot tub, game room, pickleball court, and tons of space to run around. Everything you would need for a fun stay for all ages. Grounds are beautiful with vineyards, flowers, lemon, and apple trees. The house is spacious, and the beds are super comfortable with bathrooms off each bedroom. Highly recommend staying here!

The Dutton Ranch Orchard Estate was a beautiful property, with excellent amenities. It was a perfect gathering place for our group of friends. We loved the condition of the property...comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, clean and sparkling! The pool, hot tub, pickleball court, pool table, ping pong, foosball, and BBQ made our leisure time so enjoyable.

We had the whole family here for what was suppose to be a celebration of my
Mom's 80th birthday. However she passed this past year so we all still came to celebrate my mom. The property could not have been any better. Location was great for the adults to wine taste, go to the coast etc. and for the kids to swim, play pickle ball and games was perfect while everybody had their space with lots of bathrooms!

House was beautifully appointed and set up for either a large group of couples or a large family to enjoy Sonoma wine country. We really enjoyed the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The grounds are gorgeous and the house is situated near several wineries making it a great place to call home while doing some tastings.

We had a fabulous weekend at Dutton Ranch Orchard Estate in May 2023. Plenty of room inside and out for group activities or to wander off for some privacy. The older home has been updated and was well-appointed. We especially appreciated the resource book that includes photos of where to find household and kitchen items. Property manager was responsive to our single snafu with the coffee maker and promptly brought a replacement, which was much appreciated by the caffeine fans of the house. We would certainly stay here again!

Even though we were only an hour away from our home we felt the vacation vibe. The home was stunning and offered perfect amenities. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub and fireplace. The game room was a plus as well. Enjoyed walks along the vineyards and apple orchards. It was great that we each had our own very large bathrooms. We barbecued more than we planned because we didn't want to leave. The gals explored the antique shops while the guys went wine tasting. Stumbled upon a great restaurant in Graton called Underwood's and had lunch one day at Fern Bar They were excellent. Also the coast was close by so took a few hour road trip. I highly recommend this spacious home with all the modern updates. Great memories with special friends.

This is a big, beautiful home for a wine country group. It is spacious indoors and outdoors, elegant, fully equipped for a gathering of friends or family. Marvelous bedrooms, spectacular pool area with big grill BBQ, and fun game room, all in a quiet, beautiful setting of vineyards and orchards. The hosts couldn't be better. We used it for family and friends before a wedding and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the time together. I would happily return any time and strongly recommend this as a perfect place to stay and enjoy Sonoma County wine country. Winery tasting rooms and restaurants are very close by. Also close to a rails-to-trails path for walking through vineyards.

We stayed at the Dutton Ranch Orchard Estate for the Labor Day Weekend. The house was lovely, everything has been kept up beautifully and the pool and pingpong table and pool table were a delight and fun for all. We hiked around the area which was fun and it isn't far from Healdsburg if you want to go there. And there are several lovely wineries in the area of the house if you want to go wine tasting. All in all it's a delightful house in a lovely location.

The Dutton Ranch Orchard Estate is a slice of paradise in Sonoma! It is a beautiful house with just about everything our group could ask for. The outside living area is just as fabulous as the inside of the house (which is pretty spectacular). And it is a great location for jumping off to many of the wineries in the area. Staying here made us feel like locals!

A perfect stay for 11 of us from the UK for a week. The villa housed us all comfortably and allowed us to come together on the terrace or around the pool or dining out at the long table. Everything was clean and well provided for and the owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The villa is ideally located for wine tasting trips around Napa and Sonoma or afternoons on the beach. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend in wine country with friends (group of 10)! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Randy was very responsive when we had questions. The pool and hot tub were ideal with the two warm days that we had. I definitely recommend this spot and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This orchard estate property was everything and then some! The property manager Randy Knight was very responsive when I inquired about the property and was just as attentive when I booked/ stayed.
From the photos you can tell that the place was gorgeous but also very clean! Kitchen and house tools were all provided and they even had some pool toys! The apple orchards and vineyard in the backyard was such a treat and the perfect ambiance! There are fantastic wineries only minutes away. Such a fantastic stay, I highly recommend it.

We could of not been happier with our stay! Beautiful location, beautiful weather and so much room for a large family. We enjoyed the large kitchen and the outside area with the pool and fire pit. When we arrived the place was spotless and there were plenty of towels for inside and outside. Loved the location close to Graton and Sebastopol. We will be back!!

Had an amazing weekend away with my girl friends at this beautiful property. Home was extremely clean, spacious, with all the amenities. Both the property manager and owner were extremely helpful, willing to help make our weekend away a success. Two large newly updated master bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms for each guest. Open concept kitchen and living, including a wine cellar in the basement. Truly a resort-style home away from home. The backyard was highly utilized with an amazing fire pit and heated pool and hot tub. We all had a great weekend all thanks to this amazing home and experience!

Our stay at the Dutton Ranch was wonderful! It's a large, very private property that allowed us to escape into a lovely weekend. The house was immaculate and the owners were very accommodating to our requests. I will definitely be coming back, and would suggest everyone to stay here as well.
