Perched atop a knoll along Oceana Drive, this home underwent extensive remodeling in 2016, showcasing breathtaking views of Dillon Beach, the ocean, and Tomales Bay. The open living space seamlessly connects to a stunning chef's kitchen equipped with high-end Wolf appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The main level boasts two bedrooms and one bath, while the master suite on the upper floor features a balcony with panoramic views.

The living room and dining area exude warmth, accentuated by a gas fireplace beneath the cathedral ceiling. Additional living space is found below, accessed through a private entrance, offering another bedroom, a bi-level bonus room, and a contemporary full bath. The hot tub provides an idyllic setting to enjoy sunset views.

Note that pets are not permitted and the property is equipped with external security cameras focused on entrances, respecting privacy in non-public areas.

This property is an ideal gathering place for family and friends, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere rather than a party setting. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras are in place to monitor parking areas, and decimal meters help detect excessive noise. Respectful quiet hours, from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, are enforced.

Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. Additionally, in response to the severe coastal drought, we temporarily suspend laundry services at this house to contribute to water conservation efforts. Dillon Beach Home

This home is perfect, the location to the beach is a great walk, the views from every part of the house is spectaular. The kitchen has everything for preparing meals, the range and fridge are stellar. So much space to spread out. The lower suite is ideal for part of the group that wants a bit more separation. We ate at the Costal Kitchen, walkable, and the food was great. We cannot wait to book the property again.

365 Days was a perfect weekend touch of luxury. The views from the large windows were fabulous and mesmerizing! There were ample, comfortable beds for our group of ten and, in addition, ample areas for dining and relaxing. We have NEVER been in a rental home with a better equipped kitchen...there wasn't a single thing missing and we cooked in the entire time. We really appreciated all the high end finishes throughout the home, but especially in the kitchen. The touchless checkin and checkout system worked flawlessly. Many thanks for the prompt and informative communication we received before, during and after our visit!

This home was absolutely everything we had hoped for...modern, well-equipped, comfortable and in a wonderful location in DB. We had a couple of families staying there and we had plenty of room to move around and spend time together in, and the main level was open so we could talk between the kitchen and living room. Everything was warm and comfortable and kitchens and baths were updated. We could walk down to town or the beach too. The deck and hot tub were great for outdoor use, and the views of the ocean were unbelievable. Definitely recommend this home.

The kitchen was well stocked and had top notch appliances. The hot tub was in perfect working order. We all had a wonderful time.

Staying in this home was pure pleasure. There was ample room for the nine of us, plus a toddler. The view was fantastic. The house was well stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. We have been coming to Dillon Beach for 20 years for our extended family reunion and this is the best house we have stayed in. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from every angle and you can hear the ocean waves at night. The house and linens are immaculately clean and the house is very well stocked. We've been dealing with Randy (property manager) for years and he is extremely responsive and helpful. The only downside is no laundry machines. I think they were included when we booked but have since been eliminated.

This property is perfection! We were 6 adults celebrating my husband's birthday over a long weekend, and the house was everything we hoped it would be and more. The views are breathtaking, the kitchen is amazing (we are serious cooks and foodies), and the appointments and finishes in the house are great. The hot tub was a special treat as well. In addition, we called the property manager a couple of times with questions and he was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for making this special getaway perfect! We look forward to coming again!

Truly a 5Star Home

Usually the photographs are a bit better than the reality, but in this case the reality seemed even better to me and our family. The 13-year-old grandson thought it was really cool and the separate suite below worked well for his 4-person family. The foldout sleeping possibilities were intriguing. The kitchen appliances were drool worthy for my sister, and the views from the master bedroom on the top were my treat. The views are actually excellent from all areas of the house, which is a rarity! Because of the downslope, no rooms feel buried or subterranean. We all sat at the dining table hypnotized by watching the waves. So pleasant! And the 10-min. walk to the beach was good exercise and doable. At least for the energetic.

A Great Place for the Whole Family

This house is awesome! Spectacular views, professional kitchen, fireplace for cool evenings, relaxing hot tub and comfy beds. Being walking distance to the beach was perfect. Our grandson loved the visiting deer in our yard. My daughter's little dogs also enjoyed the yard and the dog friendly beach. We will definitely come back.

This house is great! We really enjoyed the size and location. The view was amazing, even with fog and overcast skies. The walk to the beach would be challenging if you were carrying much, especially the uphill return, but a nice walk otherwise. We were pleasantly surprised to find folding chairs and beach toys in the garage, shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms, and the kitchen had many more spices than just salt and pepper.The only drawback on the kitchen is there is no place to put any groceries except on the countertops. The 4th bedroom, which was a great space in itself, is accessed outside the main house, which wasn't a problem for our group, but may be for some. We had 4 adults and 2 small children in the main house, and 2 adults in the 4th bedroom. Overall, this place is perfect for a beach getaway!

We just returned from a wonderful weekend celebrating my 60th birthday. The place was amazing and close to the beach. The sub zero fridge was awesome but my favorite thing was the gorgeous stove! We ate, drank, played games and had a great (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication with Randy was excellent! Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time with my sister's family and our parents! The place was sparkling clean, which was our highest priority. The large dining table was so nice for gathering all together for meals. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen, the double stove and double oven were extremely handy. Detached unit was also great for family with younger kids. Would highly recommend to others!

Cannot say enough about the panoramic views, from Tomales Point to Bodega Bay. Loved watching the changing light starting in the morning until sunset. The home itself is clean, beautifully furnished, and meticulously cared for. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen with high end appliances. The location is perfectly situated to explore the charming Dillon Beach village and walk the beach. Point Reyes and Bodega Bay were also easy drives and great to explore. We hope to return soon.

Excellent views, comfortable beds, we had a quiet and relaxing stay ! The home is well lit and appointed with a variety of furnishings and decor; the chef's kitchen was fun to work in, as we prepared various meals for our party of four adults. Winter weather varied from calm to windy, sunshine to rain, but never uncomfortable. Beach walks were great along the shore where fishermen and surfers shared the waves. Visited Bodega Bay for a crab treat lunch, also hiked Point Reyes National Seashore along the San Andreas Faultline and learned more of its history. A great visit overall; I'm sure we'll return soon !

Had a great family vacation at the Beach for Mom's birthday! Awesome views from the house and deck! Had total of 12 people and was a comfortable stay for all. Online photos make house appear to be a bit larger (as other houses do), but it is true to set up and the gourmet kitchen was great! 1 bedroom on top level with bathroom; 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining area on main level was perfect for family of 12 to play games and have family meals. There is a separate downstairs area that includes king bed in one room with adjoining tv/game room to sleep others. Trundle bed (slept 2 teens), futon that slept 2 young adults and single pull out bed for smaller child (8 yrs). Only single bathroom downstairs to share, but nice to have several family members together. Also had small fridge and coffee maker downstairs which was nice! House has 2 sets of washer/dryers in garage which helped to clean beach towels and other clothes while there for the weekend. House bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and functional for weekend stay and definitely a good bargain considering the other pricey houses in the same area. Garage had several beach chairs and toys that could have been used as well. Encountered few issues with DirecTV while there, but the property manager and home owner were quick to respond and went above and beyond to work with DirecTV to get things corrected. Really appreciate the customer service by all while we were there! Thanks to Randy & Mike for helping to make some great family memories at the beach!

A view you will never forget!

Our group of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at this house! The views from the house are unlike any you've seen before. The hot tub is also in a prime location to watch the sunsets! The owners must be chefs because the kitchen Is fully stocked and has a beautiful wolf range and subzero refrigerator. We cooked all of our meals at home and they were very enjoyable. The house is a bit outdated- there seems to be water damage on certain walls from the wet air, bathrooms greatly need updating. It's also a little odd that the master bedroom upstairs doesn't have a King sized bed. There were only enough towels for each person to have one, so if you plan to use the hot tub I would recommend bringing extra pool towels since there were none supplied and nobody wants their shower towel to smell like chlorine. The dishwasher was not functional but we wash dishes by hand at home so it was no biggie. We ended up spending a bbq day down at Lawson's Landing which was great fun because we got to catch crabs and eat delicious oysters we bought from Hog Island. The general store in Dillon's Beach has Equator coffee which is my favorite, and the most delicious water buffalo milk ice cream! Our whole group had a blast and everyone was saying how they would definitely enjoy coming back in the future. Thanks for a wonderful weekend away!

Great house in a great location. It's always a little nerve wracking renting a house not seen before. It's difficult to accomplish nice, clean, a little refined but also comfortable and easy to live in. This house accomplishes all of that. There is a lot of refinery in the house but it is all things that are there for your comfort rather then to just look nice. The kitchen was great, and had tons of tools and dishes for cooking and serving. The views were fabulous. I was hesitant because the house is above a road, however you don't even really notice the road and there is very little vehicle traffic that drives by. We never even heard vehicles. We spent most of our time at the large table enjoying the views and either eating or playing boardgames. It is a short walk to the beach but the way back is up hill so be prepared. Overall a great experience and we are hoping to make an annual thing. The apartment below the house is a great add on and bonus. The only complaint down there is no closet or area for clothes and the bathroom doesn't have an area to set things (both minor issues). The mattresses were comfortable and everything was very clean. On a side note if you are putting the address into your phone note that it is Petaluma rather then Dillon Beach.

Private culinary paradise!

The amenities found in this home are jaw-dropping! Gourmet kitchen with quality appliances fit for Julia Child! But the real showstopper is the expansive and unobstructed view of the ocean! It was soul calming just to sit with a cup of coffee and watch the waves hit the shore. The beds were so comfortable we all came home feeling refreshed! There was privacy for the 5 couples who were celebrating a 70th birthday. Randy and Sheryl were there to answer any question we had and even when we locked ourselves out, I think he was smiling on the other end of the line! Ha, ha! They were both so accommodating. I considered not writing such a glowing review so we would ensure the house's availability when we rebook soon but the experience was just too deserving! I would go back today! Love that 365! I stayed here in March and fell in love with this house. It was the perfect place to bring friends and family. Incredible views, comfortable furniture, and modern appliances! There is plenty of natural lighting and some of the most breathtaking views of the ocean with Tomales bay Bay and Point Reyes literally right in front of you. This house is perfectly located for great relaxation and porch time. There is plenty to do at Dillon beach - long walks, surfing, and fishing near by. It is also in a great location for access to the rest of the Sonoma Coast! 100% recommend a stay here!

My family spent two comfortable nights in this home, enjoying stunning views in every direction. The huge picture window and the deck face the ocean, while the side of the house faces beautiful California hills. There was more than enough space for our group of 7, including a large, tastefully furnished common room for dining and relaxing. We walked down the hill to the beach in the mornings, and watched the sunset from the house in the evenings. We will definitely book this house again!

Everything was perfect for our weekend getaway with family. The dining room/living room are lined with windows that have an incredible view of the ocean and let in tons of natural light! It was a great place to gather for family meals, and enjoy some relaxing time playing games or reading books. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with cooking utensils, and the deck was perfect for BBQing. The house is very well maintained and the decor was perfect! We absolutely loved spending our weekend here and look forward to returning for another getaway soon!

This was a perfect place for a nice relaxing get away. The best review we could give is we would return in a heart beat! Location is perfect. The views are absolutely amazing! The house is well stocked, with all you need to cook with and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. It is very clean and all the details have been thought about. We loved the short walk to the beach and town to return back to a warm cozy house to watch the sunset. We highly recommend and are looking forward to returning soon!!

As you are driving the last twenty minutes into Dillon Beach, it will feel like you are leaving California and entering a remote coastal area of Ireland such as maybe the Cooley Peninsula. The tensions started to release then. Green and gorgeous with herds of livestock roaming the rolling hills. At the end of the road there you will find a small community of homes over looking the ocean and I dare say this one has the perfect location. The word breathtaking is often over used. But in it's full and correct capacity and definition ( astonishing or awe-inspiring in quality, so as to take one's breath away ), when you wake up and walk into the living area, the views are truly breathtaking and I would also use the word mesmerizing. I sat with my coffee every morning as an ever changing 180 degree panoramic of the ocean and coast unfolded in front of me. The home and the amenities provided are to much to describe and simply put much more than satisfactory. You will not want to leave...ever. :)

A place to build relationships

This house was just the right place to help build relationships within the family and close friends.First, about the furnishings. The entire house, including furniture, beds, and bathrooms, appear to have been recently updated, and the house has a new and clean feeling about it. The gas fireplace was a plus to keep the family warm and cozy when the sun went down, and fostered many moments of positive interactions between us-some places just that for you! Of course, the views and walks on the beach are any city dwellers dream come true. I am planning my next stay very soon! David

We had a lovely stay. Grandparents, children and grandchildren. The kitchen was a dream. We prepared several big meals easily. The lower level was great for our daughters and their teenage daughters. So good to be together for a few days in a wonderful home at the beach.

Spectacular unobstructed views from a sparkling gourmet kitchen equipped beach home. Cozy fireplace, big satellite TV, super fast internet make for a fun week or weekend away. Beautiful sunsets most everyday. Quick walk to Dillon Beach, for easy surfing or just watch from a distance. Small store in town for picnic supplies; restaurants in Bodega to the North, South to Point Reyes, or East to downtown Petaluma. Definitely worth a return trip ! - we’ll be back soon !
