This furnished 3375 sq. ft country home on 4 acres is minutes away from the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club and your pick of world class wineries. Additional benefits include being near walking/bicycle trails, parks, the Laguna De Santa Rosa, charming neighboring towns and a 30 minute drive to the coast, beaches and the magnificent Armstrong Woods. While enjoying the comfort of being in a tranquil area at the end of a private lane, you also have the luxury of being close to grocery stores, essential shopping, indoor and outdoor restaurants.
Step inside the home as vaulted ceilings, along with sun tubes, grace the interior, providing natural light. This is accentuated by multiple windows providing outside light and views. Home was recently remodeled with new plank flooring throughout, a large fully equipped kitchen with new smudge proof stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
