The perfect wine country retreat! Casa Martin is a spacious home that has been extensively remodeled into a crisp and clean contemporary masterpiece. A great addition to our 5StarVR stable of 5 Star properties throughout Sonoma County. Perched on nearly an acre, a stones throw away from dozens of world class wineries and 20 minutes from the Graton Casino, this relaxing oasis offers a perfect location for your wine country get-a-way. There are 3 bedrooms with a bonus room that acts as a 4th bedroom with a king size sleeper sofa and a full bath. There are also air mattresses available for additional sleeping options. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The open kitchen offers a gourmet experience for the chefs in your group and the generous open great room allows lots of space for people to congregate in. The bonus room has a big screen TV and ample seating for the whole group. The park like back yard is very private with a large pool and an outdoor dining area illuminated with sting lights for a festive atmosphere. There is even an outdoor shower built into the covered patio area. The rest of the back yard offers a fenced area for the kids and pets.

All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes that have them October through April. Hot tubs, if available are heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.
This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
