The Dutton Winery House is situated just minutes from Sebastopol and Graton, this newly renovated home, enveloped by vineyards, provides an exceptional wine country retreat. The expansive living room and kitchen with a charming breakfast nook create a delightful space for gatherings with friends and family. Additionally, there's a formal dining area and a cozy family room. A smaller bedroom featuring a full and twin bunk bed is conveniently located downstairs, while three more spacious bedrooms, including the master, are found upstairs. Unwind and savor the breathtaking vineyard views from the generous deck or relax near the firepit below.
Numerous world-class wineries including the Dutton Estate Winery are within minutes, and access to the Russian River resort area and the Sonoma Coast is conveniently close. Outstanding restaurants, microbreweries, and the Graton Casino further enhance the array of activities available in the region.
