The Dutton Winery House is situated just minutes from Sebastopol and Graton, this newly renovated home, enveloped by vineyards, provides an exceptional wine country retreat. The expansive living room and kitchen with a charming breakfast nook create a delightful space for gatherings with friends and family. Additionally, there's a formal dining area and a cozy family room. Three spacious bedrooms, including the master, are found upstairs as well as a fourth bedroom downstairs with a bunkbed. Unwind and savor the breathtaking vineyard views from the generous deck or relax near the firepit below.

Numerous world-class wineries including the Dutton Estate Winery are within minutes, and access to the Russian River resort area and the Sonoma Coast is conveniently close. Outstanding restaurants, microbreweries, and the Graton Casino further enhance the array of activities available in the region.

While this property is an amazing space for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is not allowed in County vacation rentals. Surveillance cameras and decimal meters are placed to monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

The house is beautiful and well furnished. The beds were sooo comfortable! The vineyard around the house was sooo beautiful! We highly recommend this house!

Beautiful property! We stayed at the Dutton Winery House while we were in town for a family friends wedding. The property was clean, well stocked and perfect for our stay. We loved the proximity to the Vine Hill House where the wedding took place. Wish we would have had more leisurely time to sit and enjoy the fire pit and the surrounding vineyards. We would definitely stay there again!

Had an incredible weekend at Dutton Winery House! Communication was great and everything was clean and ready when we arrived. I also received a text checking that everything was as expected which was nice. The house is big and spacious with enough communal areas for a big group to be comfortable. We really wanted a place we could cook and the kitchen was incredible. A ton of space for multiple people to be in at once and plenty of cooking utensils. Felt very much like being in one of our homes. Absolutely hope to stay again soon!

Relaxing Wine County Home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home nestled among a thriving pinot noir vineyard. The home, is furnished with a welcoming vibe, immediately inviting us to feel relaxed. The kitchen is very spacious, and we cooked many meals. There are also great restaurants nearby. The outdoor area was perfect for our kids to play on the lawn, as we enjoyed the vineyard views at the fire pit, whether it be for the evening sunset with wine, or our morning coffee. The home is situated perfectly on the property for a wine county stay. We are city folks, and it was unique to experience living in a country home for a week in the middle of a vineyard, driving county roads, a maintained gravel driveway, and much more beauty that embellishes living a life among the vineyards; a sweet escape from our city life.

Our stay at the Dutton Winery House was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the middle of a picturesque vineyard, this gated private estate offers a serene escape with stunning views on all sides. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The owner's daughter and her fiancé, who live on the property, greeted us with such kindness and graciousness. They shared local insights and fascinating history about the area, making our visit even more enriching. The vacation home itself is a masterpiece of decor—bright, neutral colors that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Evenings by the fire pit, with the vineyard as our backdrop, were simply unforgettable. One of the highlights was visiting the Dutton family winery just up the road. The wine tasting experience was phenomenal, offering a true taste of the region's best. The home is fully equipped for cooking any meal, but if you prefer dining out, the nearby town of Graton boasts fantastic restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing House

This house was very nice! The views were amazing from the master bedroom window, as well as from the back patio. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery on the back patio every night, as the weather was great while we were visiting. The house is conveniently located as well, and not too far from town.

This vacation rental was amazing! Some friends and I decided to book it as a weekend trip to the area and we had such a wonderful time. Everyone was able to fit comfortably in the house, which had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our time together, while visiting the beautiful Sonoma County area. Wonderful Home Base for a Weekend in Wine Country!

A group of 8 friends stayed in Dutton Winery House for a weekend to celebrate a friend's wedding nearby and it was a perfect home to host the group. The kitchen had everything we needed, check in instructions were very clear, and we couldn't have asked for a better spot in the area. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful wine estate!

This is a beautiful wine estate, tastefully furnished and wonderfully located amidst a lush vineyard. Scenic vistas all around. Large patio and gas firepit to sit around (watch for bugs on furniture), and many vines to walk among. Two large sitting areas, two dining tables, large well-equipped kitchen. Master suite is huge, with walk-in closet and large balcony. Two other bedrooms on upper floor are somewhat smaller and share one small bathroom. Downstairs bedroom has a large bunk bed and full bath next to it. Mattresses are on the softer side. Wi-Fi and Smart TV work well (TV is on the smaller side, and strangely placed high on a china cabinet). Access is easy, good instructions provided. Couple of farm buildings and stables / horses around the property (not noisy though). Nearest town, Sebastopol, is 10-min away, and Doordash does deliver. Enjoy!

The Dutton Winery House is a true gem! Situated in the middle of one of the legendary Dutton family's expansive and picturesque vineyards, this 4 bedroom vacation rental truly elevates the wine country experience. While the house boasts plenty of indoor space sufficient to comfortably host a large group, you and your crew will undoubtedly find yourselves more often then not on one of the two large outdoor patios, where you can gaze out into the vineyards and enjoy the natural beauty of the Russian River Valley. The Dutton family are fantastic hosts, and we highly recommend not only staying at their property but also stopping by their winery's tasting room just a mile down the road to taste their incredible lineup of wines. We can't wait to stay at their gorgeous property again soon!

I have stayed at some of the nicest 5 star resorts, including The Montage in Healdsburg, and this wine country home is the most wine country feeling you will experience. I utilized the concierge service, (the link is in the description of the amenities), and I had what I needed upon arrival. World-renowned wineries are a stones throw from this vineyard home such as Dutton Estate Winery (be thoughtful to be specific you found DUTTON ESTATE WINERY.There are several Dutton properties in the vicinity). Make a tasting experience reservation at Dutton Estate, which is 1/4 mile from the vacation home, and mention you are a guest at the Dutton Winery House). The hospitality is 6 star and really connects the stay at the Dutton Winery House). Other famously known wineries in extremely close proximity are Kistler, Dehlinger, and Merry Edwards. Plan ahead for tasting reservations at Dutton Estate Winery, Kistler, Dehlinger, and Merry Edwards. You won't be disappointed if you are seeking a few nights living the wine country dream. (There are also many other wineries in very close proximity and a day trip north to Healdsburg is only a 25 drive). Highly recommend your stay at Dutton Winery House). I am looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent Winery House for Reunion and Wedding Weekend

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house and location were perfect. Randy was great at answering questions and getting some food there for us in advance. We have great breakfasts and the space was very comfortable, clean, and well kept. We also did a winery visit to the Dutton winery which we also very nice. I would definitely recommend and come back.

This was a very nice property for 3 households. It is very quiet, extremely clean, and well stocked. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It is also a great, central location for exploring western Sonoma County. There were a few minor quirks which are common with most properties, however they wouldn't stop us from renting there again.

Lovely Home in the Vineyards

Our whole family (3 families) celebrated a wonderful birthday celebration at the Dutton Winery House. The accommodations were great. Everything was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have used in any rental house prior to this one. The main floor bunk beds were great for our 6 and 4 year old grandkids. The artificial turf was wonderful for the kids and year old twins. The views were great. We enjoyed wine and beer tasting nearby. There's also a walking trail very close to the house for the hikers. Highly recommended!

I don't think I could come up with one complaint if I tried. We had the best time staying at the Dutton home. The most gorgeous setting, so comfy and homie. Tons of kitchenware. The beds and pillows were great as well! We are planning on another stay next year.

Our stay here was absolutely frickin' perfect. First of all, the setting is gorgeous. The house is in the middle of a vineyard, surrounded by vines and grapes. There's a stable with horses, the whole area is rustic and adorable and just awesome. The house itself is also pretty perfect. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including a huge master with an en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the vineyards. The master has a king bed while the other two feature queens. Downstairs is perfect for a large group or entertaining (though no parties)! There's a huge living room type space attached to an open kitchen, featuring a large couch, coffee table, and dining table. The kitchen is spacious and allows for multiple people to cook together without running into each other at every turn. The living space also has an adorable table set up as if for wine tasting, which makes the perfect bar area. There's a more formal dining room and a more formal living room for additional seating and entertainment space, as needed. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, platters, utensils, glassware, etc. The freezer had an ice maker and plenty of ice. Some additional plasticware or cooking ingredients / condiments would have been ideal but certainly not expected. All communication to check in and out was very clear and easy to follow. We did ask for a late checkout on Sunday and were granted it for an additional fee, but as it was the morning after our wedding, that felt like money well spent. All in all, our stay was fantastic. I'm already looking for reasons to come back!

Dutton winery home stay

This was one of the best experiences I have had with staying at a rental home for a weekend. The views are amazing all around the property and enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck doesn't get much better than when you're at this home. The beds were very comfortable and pillows felt like clouds. It is also so close to wineries in the area so it was perfect for wine tasting. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this to any of my friends coming to the area.

Stayed here for a long weekend this spring with a group of friends to enjoy some wine tasting. The house is spacious and beautifully located in the vineyards. Nice, luxurious furniture and plenty of outside entertaining space as well (we BBQd out back one night and just enjoyed the surrounding views). Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with great touches

The stay was perfect for our family getaway. The home had great cookware which accommodated our chef in the house. The long table in the kitchen and living room was more than enough room for our family of 11. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious enough for baby beds to be setup. Not to mention the bedding was extremely comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness of the entire home with beautiful decor! Bonus for us was the astroturf where the kids could play and could also enjoy morning yoga and afternoon workouts!
